LONDON, 26th October, 2023: Hotwire, the global technology communications and marketing consultancy, has announced the launch of Hotwire Connect, a new client investment programme designed to support, educate and guide clients through dynamic and challenging market conditions including geo political, macroeconomic, reputation impacting issues and policy and regulatory changes, with global peer networking, training and community-led initiatives.
The economy at large has resulted in an acute need for communications and marketing leaders to prove the value and impact of their campaigns, as they manage budget changes and increased demands from their businesses, for growth. This has led to a shift in the client–consultancy dynamic. Clients now need to be more agile and place extra focus on alignment with sales and marketing programmes, with a greater emphasis on ROI and data. Consultancies now need to be able to pivot services to adapt to centralised budgets, shifting towards services that support a demanding trading environment – change management, internal communications, restructuring and market reassurance.
The launch of Hotwire Connect is a direct response to this shift in client expectations and requirements, offering coaching, formal peer networking sessions globally and intellectual property (IP) created exclusively for its client community. This service, which is available exclusively to clients, delivers value beyond the boundaries of a scope of work and invests in clients as individual marketing and communications experts.
The new programme will launch to Hotwire clients in the UK initially and will focus on three key pillars:
Hotwire UK CEO, Jeremy Lucas, commented, “It’s our deeply held philosophy that the client-agency relationship should always extend beyond the transactional and be one built on a foundation of mutual growth, investment and partnership. The launch of Hotwire Connect is our formal commitment of this philosophy to all our clients, old and new.
More than ever, macroeconomic turbulence means our clients face a slew of new challenges that extend from a need for agile communications strategies to navigate testing internal environments to ensure effective campaigning remains a business priority.
Whether it’s rapid technological innovation, new uses of data, market expansion or strategic business pivots, the Hotwire Connect programme will enable our clients to successfully navigate this challenging environment by giving access to a formal global community of marketing and communications experts to enable them to stay at the forefront of their professional, industry and business needs.”
Hotwire Connect will kick-off with an exclusive client-only event focused on the impact of generative AI on communications and marketing.
